DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) is the integrated care division of DaVita Inc. working on DaVita's vision to provide integrated care to all ESRD patients, who are some of the most medically complex and vulnerable patient populations in the US. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Manager, Engagement is responsible for the multi-channel patient engagement and education to support the DaVita integrated kidney care government programs. Specifically, this teammate will work cross-functionally to develop new approaches to engage patients and achieve our overall program goals (e.g. enrollment targets, patient satisfaction levels, etc.) Duties include working with internal and external partners to execute marketing and patient engagement strategies to drive business results. The Manager will work across multiple teams and with various levels of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Project manage strategic initiatives to enhance patient engagement and education.

  • Support patient engagement approaches by developing marketing and patient education materials.

  • Manage projects with internal teammates and external vendors or agencies to create program deliverables.

  • Innovate our patient engagement and experience strategies to drive high patient satisfaction through new programs.

  • Be an advocate for these unique government programs across the Village to increase awareness and support, especially with field teammates.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Master's preferred
  • 4+ years of marketing and communications experience
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience
  • Experience working with patients and providers.
  • 2+ years Management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience with implementation and/or change management.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Up to 20% travel to relevant patient and provider geographies
