Description: Our client is currently seeking a ACA Product Owner

Location: REMOTE
Duration: Contractual on W2

Primary Responsibilities:

•Overall ACA product owner for high-complexity, multi-workstream engagements

•Provide educational, regulatory, and organizational readiness support and subject matter expertise for ACA

•Provide strategic input and drive the development of program roadmap and timelines for an ACA implementation

•Diagnose client identified issues (as well as underlying circumstances) and determine the appropriate solutions for an ACA implementation

•Utilize the standardized delivery tools to ensure effective and efficient project outcomes

Required Qualifications:

•8+ years of ACA expertise as well as project management, change management, developing and presenting deliverables and analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree or Graduate level degree obtained in business or Healthcare

•Experience working in Payer organization with ACA implementations and operations

•Experience managing projects that achieved budget and timeline goals

•Possess analytical reasoning and solution-focus problem solving

•Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
