Position Summary
The Academic Data and Quality Specialist is part of a team that plays a central role in advancing University Colleges mission to provide rigorous and engaging learning experiences. The successful candidate will provide data analysis and strategic insight for adjunct faculty support and development, course optimization, and quality assurance in course delivery. They will also provide support and quality assurance with regard to the Colleges academic courses and programs, with a special focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). A large component of this position will be to leverage existing tracking tools and data workflows and support the operationalizing of new ones. The Academic Data and Quality Specialist will engage in duties related to academic program support, instructor performance and activity, and resource planning. This position reports to the Associate Director of Academic Quality and Data and works closely with the Associate Dean for Academic Operations and Affairs and the Learning Experience Design (LX) Team. University College is seeking a team member who is conscientious, driven, and highly detail-oriented, as well as someone who can connect the daily tasks of this job with the larger mission of University College.

Salary Grade Number:
The salary grade for the position is 10.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
