The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Dickson is accepting applications for the full-time position of Academic/Student Support Associate 3--Receptionist at the Clarksville Campus.

GENERAL DUTIES: The Academic/Student Support Associate 3 -- Receptionist position is responsible for work performed in a variety of office tasks supporting Student Services. Duties will include, but are not limited to: performing general office duties including sending/receiving mail; serving as primary receptionist; purchasing/receiving graduation supplies for students and faculty at the Dickson and Clarksville campuses; performing tasks related to new student orientation and graduation; providing admissions/enrollment information to students and prospective students; scheduling and conducting tours for prospective students; entering data in online student information management system; ordering, receiving and distributing office supplies for the department; assisting students with self-registration and surveys; maintaining the Clarksville Campus scrapbook; assisting with campus tours and special events, and other duties as assigned. Scheduled work hours are 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, Monday-Friday. This position reports to the Student Services Coordinator.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Strength requirements (physical demands) - Mental and Visual Demand:
SALARY: $27,891-$34,863 per year ($14.30-$17.88 per hour). Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines, education and related experience.
