A role you will love

As an Account Management Manager, you will lead a team of Account Managers and Account Associates, and ensure accounts are managed to established process and compliance expectations. You will be the escalation point for customer issues, and liaise with Governance and Control, Legal and senior leadership to drive successful solutions for clients.

  • Some of your key responsibilities will include:
    • Leading a team responsible for account management of Conventional Products group, specifically Municipal Debt.
    • Developing and recommending client administration and service delivery strategies and business plans.
    • Collaborating with external parties and internal team members to find appropriate solutions that meet customer needs, while complying with governing document provisions and internal procedures and processes
    • Coaching and developing relationship management staff, directing their activities to meet plan objectives, and ensuring proper risk management
    • Tracking and reporting activities within the group
    • Analyzing operations for profitability and efficiency and initiate changes and improvements
    • Working with various business partners to resolve complex account issues
    • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with other internal managers, as well as local and regional business partners

Other key skills required for the role include:
  • Minimum of 8 years of financial services experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of strong leadership or management experience with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and achieve results.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to develop and present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated change management skills with the ability to grow a highly efficient team
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies tied to a common vision, which maximizes revenue and profitability.
  • Ability to leverage diversity and develop next level of management team. Strong oral and written communication skills

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $100,000- $150,000. This base pay range is specific to St. Paul, MN and may not be applicable to other locations.
