Account Service Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, 0-3 times per month in office.

Responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.

How you will make an impact:

• Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
• Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
• Makes routine account visits, virtual check-ins, and onboards and trains pharmacists.
• Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.
• Develops intervention strategies to enhance KPI metrics for peak Pharmacy Partner Performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• Sales license may be required.
• Travel may be required.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Experience working cross-functionally across multiple departments.
• Experience ensuring proper deadlines are met both internally and for external clients.
• Experience growing and maintaining relationships with external pharmacy partners strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $51,360 to $92,448.

Locations: National; California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
