As a key team member, you will spearhead the implementation of ACH payments for thousands of vendors, focusing on updating records. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent numerical proficiency, and strong project management skills.

Additional Info:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm
• Location: in office 100% in Bloomington
• Type: Contract of minimum of 6 months with potential to go longer
• Pay: $25-$35/hr depending on experience level

Responsibilities:

• Send out documents to landowners/customers via mail and email to obtain missing and/or updated account information
• Manage the implementation of ACH payments for a large vendor base
• Collaborate with other departments (real estate and accounting) to update landowner records
• Answer questions regarding the implementation process via phone and email - provide instructions on the ACH process
• Conduct quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies in vendor records and payment transactions
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Investigate discrepancies between accounts

Requirements:

• Proven experience in areas of administrative, clerical (in office setting), accounting, banking, or implementing ACH payments systems.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong preference may be given to candidates with the following:

• Software Experience: Previous experience with NetSuite or Landworks software, demonstrating proficiency in related tools and systems.
• Banking or Accounting Experience: Experience working in the banking sector, particularly in areas related to financial transactions and payments or any role within accounting.
