RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Irving, TX.Responsibilities include:

Accounts Payable Specialist will be processing invoices; Needs to know what an aging report is
Working through expenses daily 30-40 they are processing/approving
Project work - improvement projects - auditing all vendor cards; Complete banking info, tax id numbers; Accounts Payable Specialist will be confirming info (comfortable working on multiple projects)
Run electronic payments daily and match it up to the GL

REQUIREMENTS:

Requires 3-5 years of experience in AP
Software: Concur (expense side would be great) and GreatPlains are highly preferred
