Accounts Payable Specialist - Boston, MA

We are working with a biopharma organization headquartered in Boston, MA that is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team. This role will report to the Assistant Controller and work closely with the Senior AP Specialist. Applicants must be able to accommodate a commute to Boston on a hybrid basis. Parking is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with invoice processing
• Invoice entry and obtain proper approvals
• Record VAT and sales tax
• Weekly payment runs
• Manage vendor records
• Assist with month and quarter-end close

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Associates degree preferred
