RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in the healthcare industry, located in Arlington, TX that is seeking an Account Payable Specialist.Summary:This position is responsible for performing accounts payable related tasks designed to maintain the integrity of the established A/P processes and practices including the timely processing of A/P vouchers, ongoing review/processing of match exceptions, prevention and recovery of duplicate payments, resolution of over payments and credits prevention of lost discounts/rebates.Responsibilities include:

• Process invoices in Brainware and On Base - A/P review
• Support outstanding issue resolution of invoices and discrepancies
• Identify and work outstanding payments

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED/equivalent is required
• 1-2 years of previous A/P experience
• Team player and self-motivated
• Use of Peoplesoft and or Highland products a plus
• Medical/hospital experience is a plus
