Essential Job Functions:

• Answer phones and greet guests and vendors
• Provide first-line customer service for all resident requests, issues, and work orders
• Follow up on all completed requests ensuring resident satisfaction
• Maintain files and records
• Monitor all common areas ensuring proper upkeep and cleanliness
• Accurately prepare and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (i.e. lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements and employment and credit checks)
• Assist property manager with collections of security deposits, rents, and other charges
• Provide administrative assistance to staff

• Bilingual in Chinese or Russian a plus
• One to two years of experience in a customer-facing service role
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
