Our client, a successful commercial real estate firm, is seeking a temporary to hire Client Services Coordinator for their office in Bethesda, MD! Responsibilities include supporting and coordinating meetings for brokers and client lease agreements, helping with broker commissions, assisting with RFPs for prospective clients, and a variety of special administrative projects. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of strong administrative support experience and knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator) in order to assist with updating graphics for client meetings, presentations, and layouts for buildings. Excel for tracking broker commission and PPT for creating pitch decks and client presentations is imperative. This a temporary to hire that will start between $25/hr-$28/hr and convert to a salary up to $65K. If you have strong administrative experience, apply now with your MS Word resume!
