We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Admin Tax Scanner to join our team. This position will support our tax professionals in organizing, scanning, and managing tax documents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong drive to grow and learn our industry.

LOCATION: North Andover, MA (onsite)

SALARY: $18.00 - $23/hourly

HOURS: M-F 9:00AM - 5PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Scan and digitize tax documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical tax files.
  • Ensure proper labeling and sorting of scanned documents for easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with tax preparers and accountants to ensure timely access to required documents.
  • Assist in quality control by verifying the accuracy and completeness of scanned documents.
  • Follow established procedures for document handling and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the tax department, including data entry and file management.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a scanner or document specialist, preferably in a tax or financial environment.
  • Preferably familiarity with tax forms, schedules, and related documents.
  • Proficient in document scanning software and office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse professionals.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection regulations.
