Position Details
Our Administrative Assistant will need to handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy. Creates and maintains intermediate to moderately complex spreadsheets and databases and prepares reports, tables, charts. Research, monitors, and analyzes data to produce business insights and action recommendations relevant to proposed business development. General reception duties, including triaging calls and greeting incoming visitors.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Candidates may possess an associate degree in a related field, or has appropriate experience managing office responsibilities in a clinical or medical setting
• Prior experience with: record keeping and filing; phone etiquette, word processing, data entry, report generation, claims processing/reconciliation
• Possesses or can obtain all necessary clearances and background checks to work with designated consumers
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
