BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Administrative Assistant III in Bellevue, WA 98008.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant III
Location: Bellevue, WA 98008
Expected Duration: will extend through 6/30/2023
Shift: Monday through Friday
High probability to convert to FTE based on performance and how well they are doing and how well of a fit they are with the team. This position offers flexibility with the schedule as well!

Job Description:
* Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
* Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
* Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact.
* Completes special projects as assigned.

Backup support for:
Calendar Management
Headcount tracking:
* New Hire Onboarding (in-office support)
* Offboarding employees (on campus support)
* Opening requisitions for your team (backup support)
Office/Moves:
* Support with managing and maintaining space for employees and vendors (clear hardware for offboarding employees, prepare office space for onboarding new employee)
Ordering (Inventory/Stock Control for supply room):
* Hardware PCR (recycling)/ SAS room (reimaging HW)
* Ordering hardware for new hires and managing hardware refreshes
* Processing SAW machines (ordering, distribution, management)
* Support with managing Security Groups - employees and vendors
* Support with Morale Events

Typical Day in the Role:
Typical task breakdown and rhythm - 10% calendaring (mostly as backup), 20-30% meetings, Team support (30-50%), Inventory, etc.
Chance for flex hours or remote - Hybrid model (home and at work), yes flexible.

Top 3 must-have hard skills:
* Prior Microsoft Admin Experience (3+ years of admin exp in general)
* Experience in MS Expense, ICIMS, Employee Central (HRWeb)
* Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Outlook)
