Description: Our client, a successful hospital near White Plains, NY, is currently seeking an Administrative Manager of Laboratory and Phlebotomy!
This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, benefits, and paid time off!

Position Summary:
- Coordination, supervision and management of The Medical Labs Outreach Program and Phlebotomy Services; in addition, to day-to-day operations.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the current client base (internal and external), as well as, development/marketing of/for new clients.
- The Administrative Manager Laboratory Outreach and Phlebotomy Services will be responsible to manage goal setting and performance of the department Revenue Cycle; establishing goals that are strategically aligned with the Organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Business or Healthcare related degree
- Experience in healthcare management required.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; and ability to collaborate with various levels within the organization.
