Position Summary:

Provides administrative support to staff and leadership to minimize operational burdens of clinical child life staff and other members of the department.
Provides executive assistance to department director.
Provides an effective and friendly public interface with the community to facilitate donations and promote further support.
Manages inventory for all arts/crafts, toys, games and office supplies.
Manages purchasing and payments to many different vendors.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required. 8 years of proven experience in specific jobs that require a high level of critical thinking and accountability may substitute for degree.

Work Experience:

Requires 2 years related experience at the administrative level to prepare complex reports, analyze data, and solve problems with a high level of accountability and critical thinking. (Eight years required without a Bachelor's degree)
