This position provides administrative support to the VP and AVP for Advancement which includes managing schedules, preparing professional level communications and documentations for top donors, generating and/or distributing regular Advancement progress reports and metrics. The position will interact with the University's most important supporters, Trustees and other Advancement constituents and may be asked to handle sensitive or confidential information. Additionally, this role is also responsible for executing complex clerical assignments and administering the daily operations of the office. This is a full time, on-campus position. Responsibilities:
Executes the daily operations of the office to ensure timely delivery of Advancement activities; prepares routine or ad hoc reports; oversees the office supply and work order needs; manages the expenses and budget for Advancement and Alumni Engagement staff; manages schedules, communications, meeting and other project-based assignments
Facilitates meetings and events for the Advancement staff and/or top donors; proved meeting coordination and support; assists VP and AVP for Advancement with monitoring follow up and actionable items derived from staff meetings
Special projects; provide support or act as the liaison to external partners; conduct research and gather materials for surveys, reports and other data-based requests; designated as the official record keeper of Advancement procedures, policies and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
