Location: Bridgeview, IL
Description:

Job Title: Overnight Shift Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Option for: 0.8FTE, 4 nights/week

Responsibilities:

• Assure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
• Evaluate and treat Center patients per Concentra's medical model
• Establish and monitor appropriate level of care
• Complete medical record documentation promptly
• Work with Center Medical Director to ensure standards of care
• Recommend growth opportunities within the Center
• Participate in quality management processes
• Provide guidance in absence of Center Medical Director

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience in primary care, occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine preferred
• State licensure requirements

• Board Certification or eligibility
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred, willing to train qualified candidates
