RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boca Raton, FL that is seeking an AI Developer.Responsibilities:- Design and implement AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLM) such as but not limited to OpenAI's GPT, including customization and fine-tuning models to meet specific project requirements
- Develop applications and services utilizing LangChain to integrate language models into broader systems or workflows, enhancing their utility and effectiveness
- Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, adhering to best practices in software development and AI model integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, software engineers, data analysts, graphic designers and other members of management, to define project specifications, identify challenges, and devise innovative solutions
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, language models, and related technologies, and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models and applications to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, contributing to their growth and the overall success of the project
- Document development processes, algorithms, and technologies used in solutions, ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference and maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; Advanced degrees (MSc or PhD) or equivalent work experience are preferred
- Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and their applications
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience in software development and AI model integration
- Demonstrable experience with LangChain for creating and managing language model-powered applications
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and their practical applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to think creatively and outside the box
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI services
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
- Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant AI research fields
- Python programming experience
- Microsoft Megatron experience - Turing NLG, Google PaLM, OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, or similar models
- Experience with LangChain, PyTorch, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Advanced prompt engineering experience
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) experience
- Vector databases (GCP Vector Search, ChromaDB, Pinecone, PQ Vector, or similar).
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
