Overview

i3 is looking for a System Analyst to join our team!

The System Analyst will work as a member of the PEO-MS Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office System Engineering Directorate team to verify system requirements in support of Army AMD missions. The position will emphasize analysis tool design and development of air and missile defense system performance capabilities. Candidate must be able to review and verify complex and detailed analysis data of high-fidelity radar and weapon systems. Candidate will perform root-cause analysis, brief customers and team members on results, and develop/propose creative solutions to challenging problems.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have direct experience with IBCS or PATRIOT. Experience with test tools, test planning and analysis, and Model Based Systems Engineering are a plus. Enthusiasm, independent critical thinking and a team attitude are important, as well as the ability to respond to quick turn requests.
Qualifications

The candidate must be familiar with AMD concepts with specific system engineering knowledge and experience with one (1) or more of the following systems: IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, FAAD, or AEGIS. The candidate must have experience in requirements, analysis and verification, problem solving, experience with air and missile defense performance capabilities and be able to utilize high-fidelity radar and weapon models in your analysis.

Minimum:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Electrical or ECE Engineering, Math, or Computer Science from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of experience with AMD analysis and / or system-level data analysis
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, and system engineering
• Ability to provide technical leadership.
• Ability to effectively mentor and guide junior staff.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with a diverse set of customers, co-workers, and senior leadership.
• Candidate must be a US citizen, must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL area (or willing to relocate)

Security Requirements:

• Candidate must have a current Secret security clearance.
