Job Description

Job Purpose / Objective

• Work as a member of the client services team providing outstanding service to CBIZ clientsin area of expertise

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Perform all aspects of client field work meeting client objectives as defined in scope ofservices under the direct supervision of senior consultant and above
• Apply area of expertise relative to client engagements and perpetually build knowledge base and thus strengthening area of expertise
• Execute solid analysis, delivering creative and practical solutions for client engagements
• Deliver urgent responses to existing client inquiries
• Attain revenue objectives
• Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks within the timerequested
• Maintain systems proficiency to enhance client services delivery
• Participate in business development activities to include memberships in qualifiedorganizations (alumni associations, chamber of commerce, networking groups, etc.) or regular business contacts with peers capable or eventually capable of referring potential engagements and cross serve opportunities
• Responsible for meeting annual sales goals if applicable to position
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in related field
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Presentation skills mandatory
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of anorganization, both internally and externally
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
