As an Appliance Installer, your high-quality customer service and professionalism will help us create customers for life. Perfecting your craft, you will coordinate, dispatch and complete in-home installation and leveling of appliances, attach water lines to water pipes, and advise customers regarding the use and care their newly installed appliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch delivery and installation for Bath & Kitchen
• Serve as back-up support for installers
• Provide multi-unit support for dispatch coordination
• Serve as back-up support to warehouse

Key COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Technical skills related to assembling and disassembling objects accurately
• Excellent customer service with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical techniques
• Must be able to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds
• Good experience with high end appliances installations and repairs

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of equivalent work experience in a related field (construction) preferred
