Applications Engineer III positions offered by Arrow Electronics Inc. (Centennial, CO Implement solutions for integrating Arrows ERP systems with internal applications as well as external partners using Oracle SOA & WebMethods platform. Perform software development activities including design, coding, data migration and testing while adhering to the established quality standards. Participate in 12x7 on call support activities, monitoring transaction processing and actionizing failures. Create standard operating procedure documents while implementing new transaction flows and socialize them with rest of the team members. Independently troubleshoot functional & nonfunctional issues and come up with innovative solutions for solving them.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a master's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experience implementing solutions in one of the following integration platforms: Oracle SOA 12c, WebMethods or TIBCO and 3 years of experience designing and implementing solutions using XML, JSON, JMS, MQ, AQ, and FTP/SFTP technologies. In lieu of a master's degree and 3 years of experience with experience as stated above, employer will accept a bachelor's degree in aforementioned fields and 5 years of experience as stated. Requires 2 years of experience: implementing API based solutions using REST & SOAP APIs; implementing integration solutions using EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and RossettaNet; writing SQL queries; and using Git based source control and versioning tools and using JIRA and ServiceNow platforms in software development process. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
