DESCRIPTION:

• Meet quarterly production goals, scrap goals and field credits
• Complete batch record paperwork carefully and in a timely manner
• Foster positive and effective communication and teamwork
• Provide leadership, direction when lead is not available.
• Ensure good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures are met.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently trained in all Assembler 2 processes
• Ability to work at a fast pace and perform a variety of functions
• Availability to work dayshift M-F, occasional Saturday work, flexibility to periodically shift scheduled start time.
• High School diploma or equivalent; read, write and communicate clearly in English to carefully and consistently follow procedures.
• Leadership skills- previous experience is helpful
• Computer skills a plus
