Job Description Summary
PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Position supports a Major Financial Client in Malvern, PA. The position will be responsible for providing delivery of engineering services to a domestic and international portfolio of mission critical assets in an office and data center environment.

• This role will reside in the account's Technical Services group dedicated to supporting the client's Global Engineering department.

• The role will report into the group's Facilities Asset Manager and partner with account based operations, facilities command center, asset and energy managers.

• Responsible for the planning and scheduling of maintenance work across the global portfolio.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the management of the client's CMMS system (Planon)

• Schedule and align preventative maintenance activities.

• Validate preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate maintenance requirements with operating teams and vendors as needed.

• Prepare reporting to field operations teams on a regular basis.

• Provide analysis of scheduling and assets for field reviews.

• Perform data entry for assets, job plans and scheduling as needed.

• Support asset related initiatives as needed, such as asset tagging, job plan reviews, etc.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• One to two years' experience in administrative responsibilities.

• Knowledge of HVAC, automation, electrical and control systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to consistently develop accurate periodic reports, under client defined critical deadlines.

• Time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills with strong attention to detail.

• Self-starter and must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to travel from floor to floor and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time; regularly use hands to operate office machinery including, but not limited to, telephones, computers, fax, and photocopy machines; regularly required to walk, talk, and hear
