Title: Assistant Adon/Clinical Educator

Location: Fully On-Site

Length of Engagement: Direct to Hire / FTE

Job Summary:

• The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN with a demonstrated commitment to education and training clinical staff
  
• The primary purpose of the ADON/Clinical Educator is to identify clinical educational needs from orientation, develop a training program, facilitate training sessions, and conduct in-service sessions for nursing staff related to skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation.
  
• The ADON/Clinical Educator works closely with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure quality 5-star care by supporting in the management of nursing and support services to optimize effectiveness, quality and efficiency, and guide nursing activities to provide optimum care in accordance with service policies and procedure.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed RN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• At least 3 years of nursing supervisory experience in long-term care or related healthcare setting.
  
• Must have clinical education experience and the demonstrated confidence to lead and mentor staff.
  
• An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
