Purpose of Position -

Work with cross-functional team to bring coffee product offerings from ideation to testing, and then through launch and post-launch analysis. Support the discovery, development, and validation of product innovation opportunities across all beverage categories, serving as primary "trend hunter" for the beverage team on ideas that are 2-3 years out from launch.

What You'll Be Working On-

  • Lead a cross-functional team to test and launch products/programs, on time and with maximum effectiveness.
  • Work both solo and in conjunction with beverage and XF team to identify emerging product trends that align with brand strategy.
  • Regularly visit Dunkin' restaurants, competitors, independent shops and grocery for primary research into trends.
  • Serve as expert for the team in secondary research tools (Mintel, Datassential, etc.) to validate ideas and evaluate opportunity size.
  • Partner with Culinary and Insights teams to further ideate product innovation and determine positioning.
  • Develop product briefs to kick off XF team and lead the team on testing product innovation across all beverage categories, where needed.
  • Assist in managing the national promotional calendar, helping to identify which products to launch (and ideal timing for those products) based on learnings through test or concept screeners. Help to prepare materials to present the business case for each product/program.
  • Work with XF team of R&D, operations, supply chain, demand planning, QA, commercialization, and legal to ensure products are ready for launch.
  • Partner with Operations team to draft and review readiness materials to prepare and educate Dunkin' crew members on new products.
  • Write product briefs to kick off agency partners for all consumer creative associated with product launches. Partner with Brand Stewardship, Digital, Media, and PR teams to bring products to life.
  • Partner with business analytics team to measure and analyze the impact of programs vs. goals and objectives, to allow for continuous learning and improvement.

What You'll Need-

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One to three years of relevant Marketing, Product Development / Management, or Consumer Insights experience required (may include internships)
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Experience working cross-functionally preferred
  • Experience with retail or consumer products a plus
