The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager and the Director of Rooms to achieve successful operation and administration of all front office departments. The ideal candidate will have a combination of education, and training/experience that provides the required skills to assist with leading the departments by training staff, writing schedules, upholding Shaner and hotel policies and procedures, responding to and resolving of guest complaints.

This position requires the ability to continually balance the department while focusing on providing an exceptional experience to every guest and maximizing profitability at the same time. We are seeking an energetic, service-oriented leader who can effectively direct, train, coach, motivate, engage and provide feedback to the front office staff and collaborate with other departments of the hotel on a daily basis in accordance with the standards of Shaner Hotels and applicable franchise.
