We offer dozens of topical and interdisciplinary elective courses in the Geosciences, several of which serve students interested in marine geology. Many students have learned and trained in marine geology topics and conducted independent research, including over 100 of our students who have entered a career in marine geology. The Department also provides several courses and advises student research for the multidisciplinary Graduate Program in Environmental and Sustainability Studies, the M.Ed. in Science and Mathematics, an undergraduate major in Archaeology, and a minor in Environmental and Sustainability Studies.
