We are an established, reputable,and growing real estate firm seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our retail properties in the Anaheim area. We are also seeking Property Managers in Orange County.

What You Will Be Doing -Assist property manager with retail portfolio on a day to day basis
-Rent collection and account adjustments
-Process invoices in a timely manner
-Help with budgeting and bidding for repairs and maintenance
-Monthly management reports
What You Need for this Position -2+ years of Property Coordinator or Assistant Property Manager experience or similar
-Active California DRE Sales License or ability to pursue within 60 days of employment
