The ideal candidate for this role will possess over 3+ years of transactional finance experience gained within a sophisticated law firm setting. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, responsibilities will include managing matters related to commercial and consumer lending, transactional affairs, regulatory compliance, Fintech issues, litigation support, and bankruptcy.
