Associate Services Coordinator - Temporary

The Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Professional Services organization in areas such as resource scheduling, billing/invoicing, and liaising with internal resources and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create quotes and invoices for Services.
  • Assist with creation of SOW's for Services.
  • Enter new projects into CRM.
  • Schedule and coordinate resources for engagements across the Services team.
  • Assist with the month-end and quarter-end billing and invoicing process for the Services organization.
  • Follow-up with customers to consume pre-paid Services offerings.
  • Verify project closing process and assist with final billing and expense reconciliation.
  • Serve as the primary contact within the Services department to address or direct questions to the appropriate team members.
  • Support Services leadership in process improvements and standardization of best-in-class Services practices.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or services operations.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage various deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
