This job will have the following responsibilities:
Recruiting Coordinators play a key role in each candidate journey.
Scheduling first discussion with a hiring team, all the way through to generating an offer letter and processing background checks, you will strive to deliver a stellar candidate experience in partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers for all operational steps of the recruiting process.
Schedule interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
Arrange travel for visiting candidates.
Greet candidates the day of their interview and help guide them through their interview day.
Provide follow up correspondence to candidates.
Accurately track recruiting activities in Workday.
Coordinate and schedule post interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials to hiring teams.
Generate offer letters, initiate background checks, and process candidate interview expense reimbursement.
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and support other team members as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of high-end customer service experience, strong preference for experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Executive Assistant with exposure to calendar management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
Superb customer service focus, attention to detail and organization skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong software skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Writing, proof reading and editing skills.
Ability to adapt to rapid change in daily responsibilities
