Overview

Position Summary: Conduct phone audits of customer accounts within open and "at-risk" routes to validate compliance of qualified transactions and contract conditions while verifying account/customer information. Complete compliance tasks requiring independent judgment in a high volume and fast-paced environment. Dedicated to the monitoring of verifiable data within the customer portfolio and providing service in a quality manner for credit reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service while conducting phone audits to obtain and verify account/customer information
  • Report comprehensive preliminary audit results in a timely and accurate manner per policy and guidelines
  • Provide support for various audit and compliance activity related to the customer accounts
  • Monitor for compliance as it relates to the Franchisee Service Agreement
  • Monitor for compliance as it relates to the Credit Sale Contract
  • Monitor for compliance as it relates to the Credit Application
  • Supporting the department as needed on special projects


Qualifications

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining quality in work
  • Demonstrate effective communication by listening attentively, speaking in a calm and positive tone, and conveying written communication that is professional, clear, and free from errors
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient at using Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel and Word)

  • Individual must be approachable, proactive, efficient, adaptive, flexible, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic

  • Self-starting problem solver with the ability to identify issues and trends to bring them to management's attention

Other Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate in Applied Science in Business Management or Communication Degree
  • Second language proficiency in French and/or Spanish

Working Environment: Normal working hours in an office environment (Libertyville, IL) with periodic overtime. Snap-on is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
