Zurich North America is hiring an Entry-Level Auto Claims Associate to join their team. We are open to hiring talent in Rancho Cordova, CA.

With direct supervision you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and concluding low exposure, low complexity personal or commercial line claims by following established protocols to ensure that claims are handled in the most effective, efficient way while delivering a customer-centric claims service.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and No prior experience required in the Claims area
  OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Customer Service area
  OR

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Claims area
  AND

• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)

• Experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty Licensed Adjuster

• 2 or more years of Auto Claims work experience.

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment

• Organization Skills and time management skills

• Experience in a work environment that required collaboration across
  work groups.
