Your new role:

Lead Generation

  • Create, edit and iterate content-based, inbound and outbound marketing campaigns specifically designed to engage targeted prospects and convert them into marketing qualified leads
  • Help design and implement client, prospect, and partner lead generation and nurturing campaigns that build trust in our company and confidence in our value proposition
  • Establish positioning and articulation of go-to-market & service proposition (incl. competitor benchmarking, target market analysis, key messaging design etc.)
  • Utilize a variety of tactics: Email, events (conferences, webinars), online/paid advertising, video, social media, to drive marketing qualified leads
  • Use marketing automation software to implement, track and measure campaign results and ROI
  • B2B brand marketing and lead-generation through digital advertising channels (campaign design, channel mix management, ROI measurement).
Digital Engagement
  • Build effective and responsive comms and marketing activity
  • Manage the design, strategy, messaging and deployment for external (and sometimes internal) emails where needed
  • Manage Salesforce Salescloud database to ensure all data is updated and accurate for marketing communications
  • Design & execute lead nurturing and qualification journeys using Salesforce (across Sales and Marketing Clouds) as well as regular newsletter communications for all leads and contacts within the Americas region.
  • Work with data, analytics and ECRM teams to ensure reporting, metrics and tracking is in place across the customer journey
  • Work with various areas of the business to ensure there is no overlap between all global communications
Content Creation
  • Leverage market research, client insights and internal thought leaders to help drive content production of whitepapers/eBooks, infographics, blogs, case studies, website content, social media, facts sheets, videos, reports and more that support the overall marketing goals and content strategy
  • Regular interaction with business stakeholders and contributors to identify content gaps and development needs
  • Help define and execute the content strategy, calendar, and growth
Sales Support & Enablement
  • Collaborate with sales team to refine targeting and ideal client profiles/personas as well as the overall lead generation strategy
  • Partner with sales teams to facilitate feedback on lead conversion, client insights, and campaign success
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations as needed - Coordinate with design team to create new graphics or source new images as needed
  • Sales enablement via internal comms/engagement and sales collateral development.
  • Craft and ‘land’ sales messaging to customers as a proxy for a powerful, differentiated strategic message.
Digital Marketing
  • Manage corporate social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter) for the Americas region and effectively represent the Hays Talent Solutions brand and objectives
  • Generate new ideas for leveraging our social media channels as an element of our lead generation efforts
  • Own the Talent Solutions Americas web-site strategy – from hosting and optimisation to content, channel management, links strategy, reporting and analytics
  • Website administration – update content, post blogs, build campaign landing pages, etc.
  • Apply SEO tactics and strategies to increase user awareness and grow organic site visitors
  • Work with data, analytics, ECRM and technology functions to ensure a data-centric approach informs and enriches the strategies and tactics.
  • Create an innovative approach to technology developments – both from an operational solutions perspective and for marketing activities
Events
  • Build and manage relationships with third party organisations and institutes to develop and share content and event platforms, where appropriate
  • In conjunction with the content plan, devise, develop, roll out and manage proprietary and third-party events.
  • Coordinate tradeshows/conferences and events, including: sponsorships, keynotes, venue logistics, booth, collateral, etc.
  • Maintain close partner relationships to ensure visibility and participation (SIA, VMSA, Everest, Procurement Leaders, etc.)
Marketing Admin
  • Adhere to company brand standards
  • Define content strategy & editorial calendar for Talent Solutions and corporate accounts audience.
  • Create the marketing strategy and an operational framework for all Marketing, Communications and PR activities, globally and communicate workflow between internal team members
  • Consistently measure, analyze, and optimize all lead generation and nurturing activities to determine ROI and prioritize content, channels, and resources on a cost-per-lead basis
Collaboration
  • Take direct ownership of building effective relationships with Americas teams including Sales (US &CA), Regional marketing teams, Regional Managing Director, Global marketing team, National Accounts, HSR Canada marketing team to effectively execute the strategy.
  • Work with global functions – PR, Comms and Brand to integrate relevant global activity into the plan and to channel back effective Talent Solutions activity into the global environment
  • Within the broader marketing team, build effective and strong working relationships, where appropriate, with Group Brand, Social, Data and Digital teams.
  • Integrate with other global projects and resources to leverage appropriate platforms
  • Work with Regional Marketing teams to ensure relevant Talent Solutions content is factored into regional plans and that all activities, events and initiatives are factored into the local calendar.
