We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese to join our client's team. Responsibilities include providing customer service and administrative support. Experience in the insurance or tax industry is preferred.

Position: Bilingual Mandarin Office Assistant
Location: Pasadena, CA
Salary: $20-$23 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, temp-to-hire

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Provide administrative support (scheduling, managing supplies, maintaining records).
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
• Prepare and process documents.
• Assist other office staff as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese required
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or office administration.
• Preferred: Experience in the insurance or tax industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
