Billing Auditor-(Remote)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As a Billing Auditor for Liberty National you will handle the incoming calls from the agency offices, franchises and policy holders. You will research and use information from a variety of sources to solve complex problems. Answer questions and assist business owners and bookkeepers with Online billing issues such as errors processing payments or resetting online passwords, and how to register new accounts. Specialist will also be learn how to work incoming emails from business, Agents, and QM's.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintaining quality Customer Service
  • Ability to communicate and explain basic account information to the customer including their billing statements.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
  • Have the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse angry or upset customers.
  • Sending over Franchise Invoices to agency and businesses as requested.
  • Online billing password resets or processing payment issues.
  • Respond to emails and inquires in a timely manner

Required Knowledge & Experience

Education & Work Experience required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience (2 years preferred)
  • Call center experience one year
  • Insurance experience a plus
