We have an excellent opportunity for a Billing & Financial Assistant in our Mountain Top, PA manufacturing location.
Summary:
This position is responsible for performing all aspects of invoicing including debit & credit memos, along with credit applications and references, billing forms, credit card processing and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities/Principal Duties:
Coordinate and complete daily invoicing process and provide any billing forms as required. Maintain daily invoice log.
Review and process all debit & credit memo requests.
Assist with credit applications and credit references daily.
Prepare, reconcile or record various other accounting transactions as requested, including customer tax exempt certificates, credit card processing, customer payment information, customer payment information updates, freight, etc.
