Beacon Hill has teamed upwith a consulting firm in downtown Washington, DC to identify a Billing Specialist! The Billing Specialist will:

Job duties:

• Compile and send invoices to clients for both attorneys and shareholders of the firm.
• Review and edit pre-bills in response to attorney and secretary requests.
• Prepare proformas for review and obtain approvals accurately and timely.
• Confirm applicable rates and fee arrangements to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Ability to execute complex bills in a timely manner.
• Review draft bills to ensure compliance with client agreements.
• Track status of bills submitted, identify issues, and work to address rejections and reductions as they arise
• Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required.
