What You'll Do

As a Brand Marketing Lead, you will work closely with the Sr Director of Marketing and Marketing Team to develop and execute a content strategy to drive overall brand awareness and B2C conversion. Ensure website/product copy and outbound communications across all departments are error-free and closely aligned with the Osmosis voice and tone guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

The deliverables for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop content strategy to drive awareness, traffic to site, leads, and purchase conversion
  • Work cross functionally with other teams to create various types of content including blogs, infographics, videos, guides, etc
  • Maintain content calendar
  • Manage blog including strategy, planning, publishing, and partnerships
  • Manage a team of freelance content writers, including OMEFs
  • Manage, monitor and enforce Osmosis brand voice and tone across all learner-facing content and channels
  • Provide expedient and well-crafted responses in the event of a PR crisis.
  • Support marketing campaigns and team with copywriting and copyediting needs
  • Optimize content for SEO
  • Be conscientious of DEI issues and language in everything we do and publish
  • Develop and maintain analytics tracking for key metrics
  • Continuous user and competitor research to inform content strategy
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in content marketing
  • Experience managing a content marketing strategy and calendar
  • Experienced people manager
  • Experience working with content creation, delivery, reporting, testing, and analysis.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience working autonomously and seeing projects through to completion.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, content development, and creative teams.
