What You Will Do

Are you a seasoned Broadband Product Manager ready to take on a dynamic leadership role? We are seeking a passionate and strategic individual to be the driving force behind the success of our assigned products throughout their entire lifecycle. As a champion in this role, you will not only understand but also influence and support both internal and external customers and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop, articulate, and execute innovative product strategies, ensuring alignment with account management and marketing teams.
  • Lead precision execution throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, from comprehensive business cases to global/regional launches.
  • Provide exceptional application support, develop technical collateral, and deliver impactful training for Account Management Tools.
  • Take the lead in competitor analysis, evaluating product value propositions, competitive landscapes, and contributing to pricing strategies.
  • Navigate pricing complexities, participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) forecasting, and expertly manage inventory.
  • Provide invaluable cost inputs into Manufacturing Strategy, showcasing your holistic understanding of the business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, addressing customer needs and inquiries, while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
  • Undergraduate degree in technical or business field
  • 5+ years of product management experience in telecommunications or fiber optics, FTTx experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for efficient data analysis and modeling
  • Product management understanding, including principles, development, lifecycle management, and market strategy
  • Solid grasp of technical data in telecommunications and broadband technologies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex concepts persuasively
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset for tackling challenges enthusiastically
  • Rapid project prioritization based on customer feedback
  • Proficient in researching and analyzing project requirements, facilitating collaboration and alignment
  • Efficiently build understanding of market trends, competitive intelligence, financial data, and evolving customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Capability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects to successful completion
  • Ability to travel 10-25% to Panduit, Customer, and Supplier locations
