RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst/E-Commerce. This role is currently 100% remote and may switch to a hybrid model when COVID-19 ramps down.Responsibilities:

Examine customer behavior and purchasing trends
Create and maintain performance reporting dashboards
Collect, analyze, and evaluate data
Analyze database information to determine customer profiles
Produce insights and recommendations to drive improvements
Support project implementation
Assist with quality assurance and user acceptance testing
Generate ad hoc reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of experience within E-Commerce/digital analytics
Strong proficiency with Excel (data manipulation, advanced formulas, modeling)
Familiar with PowerBI or similar BI tools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Listrak, or similar CRM platform, is a plus
