Essential Functions/Primary Duties:

  • Strategically identify, prospect, and qualify leads based on ideal customer profile
  • Manage pipeline through a high volume of strategic calls, emails, social completing 75+ activities a day
  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone call, email, LinkedIn and other social mediums
  • Leverage resources effectively to create targeted messaging and educate prospective clients, highlight key features and benefits, overcomes objections, and gain buy in for solutions
  • Conduct the research required to understand prospect's business, technology and product requirements and develop a compelling value proposition.
  • Contact prospective companies to gather key qualification data and qualify opportunities for Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed activity records in Salesforce CRM
  • Work with Account Executive team to identify ongoing strategic targets

You'll love this job if you:
  • Have 1-3 years outbound sales development experience, preferably in the SaaS industry, prospecting, cold calling
  • Are energetic, competitive, tenacious, and results driven
  • Have clear and concise communication skills, oral and written
  • Know how to manage you time efficiently and are disciplined with your daily approach in fast paced environment
  • Are eager to learn and constantly develop product & market industry knowledge
  • Are hungry for feedback and passionate about developing your sales skills
  • Are familiar with Salesforce.com & Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Outreach (and/or other prospecting tools)

Education:
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
