A Business Digital Analyst position within the Dow Consumer Solutions business could be the right choice for you. We are looking for a Business Digital Analyst to join a newly formed Business Digital team within Dow Consumer Solutions. This individual will be closely aligned to the regional teams and will act as a digital subject matter expert and have the ability to lead the regional teams on areas of digital enablement. This position can be located in Auburn, MI, Houston, TX or virtually within the United States.

About You:

  • You will act as the conduit connecting regional teams to digital and technology aspects that can help enable their work processes

  • You will gather requirements around digital needs from the regional focals and write up charters for projects

  • You will help build dashboards and reports needed to connect data to tell a consistent story that can help the regional teams better inform their plans

  • You will educate and train the regional team on data and analytics drawn from the various digital artifacts

  • You will be able to manage a complex workload with good judgment on activity prioritization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with the regional teams on new material and product creations, extensions, and changes in SAP to ensure the business can manage material/product needs around innovation and market alignment

  • Work with functional teams to develop data and analytics views that help advise them with insights

  • Support the regional market teams on their digital knowledge and definition of digital needs within the market and regional 4P plans

Your skills, knowledge and abilities include:

  • Proven experience in customer service, support or relevant role on emails and telephone, including strong listening, verbal and written communication.

  • Must be fluent in at least one regional language based on the regional alignment for the role

  • Ability to operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency (CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office)

  • Resistance to stress and ability to prioritize

  • Accuracy with work

  • Ability to adapt and implement new procedures as required to provide excellent service to internal stakeholders

  • Ability to work on own and as part of a diverse, multicultural team in an International environment

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at a U.S. E6 rank/ Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process
