Reality Labs' mission is to build tools that help people feel connected anytime, anywhere. As a Business Operations Analyst, you'll support the organization building future generations of Quest, Portal, and Ray-Ban Stories smart glasses. You will work closely with Hardware leadership to help them grow, scale and run the business effectively. You will be part of strategic initiatives ranging from business operations, process improvement, objectives and key results, headcount growth, and business operations reviews, enabling our team to execute and innovate at speed. You will work across the Hardware organization, which consists of product and technology engineering teams. You will have the opportunity to manage multiple projects, analyze data and solve problems, collaborating across the team to optimize overall business results. Business Operations Analyst, RL Hardware Responsibilities:

  • Help drive cross-functional organization-wide initiatives related to headcount planning, employee experience, sustainability, operational improvement, objective and goal setting.
  • Work with leaders to define, set and track objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Manage projects to create business value, aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze large data sets to identify areas of improvement, presenting your recommendations.
  • Drive and facilitate business reviews as needed (i.e. monthly business reviews, functional reviews, and other key meetings).


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite, advanced skills in Excel.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience with strategic and operational initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with development of consumer products, finance or project management.
  • Experience working with Tableau dashboards or equivalent tools.
  • BA/BS degree.
