This person provides key customer interface and day to day work direction to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. This position is highly responsible professional work providing administrative and operational support to the Business Operations department and Enrollment Management. A Team member in this position is responsible for resolving student, perspective student and their families' complaints and team members concerns, assist in the preparation of reports, computer inventory, processing expense, telecom and IT request, preparing documentations and scheduling conference room space. The incumbent exercises considerable independent judgment and discretion in carrying out daily activities adhering to policies and procedures. Assists in the development, organization, production and evaluation of a variety of Business Operations processes and training program opportunities. Assists in the monitoring of financial performance to meet departmental goals, and assists with short- and long-range budgetary planning.
