Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a temporary Business Operations Specialist to support their team in Arlington, VA!

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in sales/analysis/research.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or no degree and 4+ years of relevant experience).
• Salesforce experience is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech savvy with excellent oral/written communication skills.

The Job:

• Research, track, and analyze a variety of info on existing customers/new prospects for determining proposal/contract pricing & sales credit.
• Perform customer and subscription account maintenance.
• Research and resolve order processing issues.
• Collaborate with IT to solve issues.
• Other tasks as assigned.
