Judge Healthcare is seeking Call Center LPN's in the San Antonio, TX area.
Job Details:
Title: Call Center LPN
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite to start training and then will be remote until further notice.)
Type of Engagement: Contract to hire
Rate: Competitive and Dependent on Experience
Specific Duties:
- Answer inbound patient medication refill calls
- Follow enterprise medication refill protocols
- Document each transaction thoroughly and accurately
- Utilize the electronic medical record to access and document information
- Answer/place outbound other types of calls as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Must have qualifications/experience:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Current and unrestricted Vocational Nurse License (LVN) in the state of Texas
- Two or more years of related LVN clinical experience in hospital or primary care setting
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and Electronic Medical Record
- Proficient computer skills MS Word & Outlook
Hours:
8 hours a day 40 hours a week (8a-6p)
